Jean's twenty threee years of experience in helping patients with insurance and financial issues makes her a valuable asset to our office and our patients. You will find her both knowledgeable and helpful about all aspects of your treatment. Jean is married to Frank Nichols. They have 2 daughters Nicole & Tanya. She also has 2 grandsons, Drake and Landon that she spends all of her free time with.

Amanda Duncan

Treatment Cordinator

Amanda is a West Blocton native and has been with the Smile Design Center since 2004.  She and husband Josh have three children Alex, Alexis and Ashlyn.  Amanda will gladly help with questions about sending treatment, insurance and treatment appointments.

Leigh Fair
Registered Dental Hygienist

Leigh came to the Smile Design Center in 2002 as an experienced dental assistant.  She graduated with her dental hygiene license in July 2006. 

Reneé McCluskey
Registered Dental Hygienist
Reneé joined The Smile Design Center in February 2001. Her enthusiasm, skill and positive attitude keep her patients coming back for healthy smiles.

Carley Ingram-Dental Assistant/Hygiene Coordinator

Carley joined the Smile Design Center team in February 2006 as a dental assistant trainee and quickly developed her skills. Carley is a Centreville, AL native. She and her fiance' Jason have a March 2009 wedding planned.

 Kim Poole-Dental Assistant

Kim is our newest dental assistant. She has 20 years of customer service experience. Kim lives in Gordo, AL with her husband Joseph and her son Josh. Her enthusiam and positive attitude are a great asset to our practice.

 Jeremy Manion - Dental Assistant

Jeremy joined our team in February 2007 as a skilled dental assist with 7 years experience. Jeremy is a Pickens County native. His music and humor add a nice touch to our practice.

 Rachael Davis - Administrative Assistant

Rachael is the newest member to our team. Rachael lives with her family in Cottondale, AL. She is the first friendly face you see when entering our office. Rachael has goals of becoming a dental hygienist and is steadily working her way there.
